Heidi Romero

Heidi Romero is a professional with extensive experience in Business Process Management, Research, and Logistics. Currently working at ASML, Heidi leads the BPM team to support process owners at the Customer Support department. Heidi is also a Hybrid teacher at Eindhoven University of Technology, teaching courses related to Business Process Simulation. With a background in Industrial Engineering, Heidi has held various positions such as Business Process Improvement Manager and Researcher at the National Observatory of Logistics and Freight Transportation in the Dominican Republic. Additionally, Heidi has a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Eindhoven University of Technology and has expertise in areas such as quality management and environmental leadership.
