Nikita Evsuk

Nikita Evsuk is the current head of product at Instreamatic. Nikita has been with the company for 5 years and 4 months, during which time they have been responsible for maintaining both the product and development roadmaps, analyzing market feedback, working on UI/UX with the design team, delivering new product features from the idea to the actual release, developing test cases and test plans, planning sprints and conducting sprint retrospectives, working on all the integrations, successfully finishing custom integrations for Pandora and Gaana (top Indian audio-streaming app), among others, preparing manuals and tech documentation for partners, searching for contractors for short-time jobs like voice-overs and translations, handling all tasks related to customer support, building and improving the workflows inside other departments to optimize team performance, and preparing regular reports for the CEO and investors.
