Chelsey Christensen

Chelsey Christensen is an accomplished workforce solutions manager currently employed at InStride since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the director of partnerships and director of teacher leadership development at Teach For America from October 2020 to October 2022, as well as a human resources specialist at Oracle from October 2019 to July 2020. Christensen's extensive tenure at Teach For America from June 2016 to July 2019 involved roles such as director of district and school partnerships and manager of teacher leadership development. Prior to this, Christensen was an English teacher, reading interventionist, and 7th grade culture specialist at Kenilworth Science and Technology School from July 2014 to May 2016, and worked as an athletics tutor at the University of Southern California from 2013 to 2014. Early experience includes coaching youth basketball with Cal Stars AAU from May 2010 to June 2011.
