Rachel Coddington

Rachel Coddington is an experienced leader in event management and career development, currently serving as the Director of Events and Experiences at Instrument since October 2021. In this role, Rachel is responsible for crafting strategies and executing events that foster learning and connection. Previously, Rachel held positions such as Director of Career Development and Executive Producer for People Operations at Instrument, as well as Managing Director for DESIGN WEEK PORTLAND, where Rachel orchestrated over 300 events to celebrate design culture in the city. Other notable roles include Venue and Event Director at ChefStable Group, Event Director at Mississippi Studios, and Account Manager at Destira Leotards. Rachel holds a degree in English with a specialization in Creative Writing from the University of Southern California.
