Virginia Jiménez

Virginia Jiménez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Virginia started working as an Administrative HR Assistant at Transportes Azkar in 2000, where they handled various tasks related to personnel administration. Virginia then worked as a HR Technician at Banque Psa Finance, focusing on employee retention policies and improving recruitment processes. In 2008, they joined Chemo as a HR Coordinator and later became a Technician HR Generalist, managing a wide range of HR responsibilities such as being a business partner to the management, maintaining relations with the works council, and implementing training and development plans. Virginia then moved on to become a People Site Lead at Insud Pharma in 2018, and in 2019, they took up the role of People Leader Chemo Azuqueca & Alcalá. Throughout their career, Virginia has demonstrated a strong background in HR management, personnel administration, and employee relations.

Virginia Jiménez completed a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidad de Alcalá from 1995 to 2000.
