Marloes Bataille has extensive work experience in various roles. Marloes currently serves as the Team Lead Customer Care Europe at Insulet International since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Teleperformance Portugal as a First Line Manager from July 2019 to May 2020, and as a Contact Center Agent from June 2018 to July 2019. Marloes also worked at Schouten Europe (GoodBite Vleesvervanger) as an Orders and Logistics specialist from November 2012 to June 2018. Before that, they were a Cateringmedewerker Taveerne at Slot Loevestein from May 2007 to November 2012. Marloes also had experience as an Afstudeerder P&O at Cello from February 2012 to June 2012, and as an Administratief medewerker P&O at Gemeente Woudrichem from May 2011 to August 2011. Additionally, they served as a Stagiaire P&O at Gemeente Woudrichem, Gemeente Werkendam, and Gemeente Aalburg from September 2010 to April 2011.

Marloes Bataille attended Avans Hogeschool Den Bosch from 2008 to 2012, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Personeel en Arbeid. Prior to that, they studied at Altena college from 2002 to 2007 and completed their Havo degree.
