Melissa Esquivel

Melissa Esquivel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Melissa is currently working as a Senior User Experience Lead at Insulet Corporation since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a User Exp Engineering Senior Analyst at Accenture México from March 2018 to May 2021. Melissa also worked as a UX Consultant & Lecturer at Jonajo Consulting from March 2016 to March 2018.

Before their consulting roles, Melissa gained experience in project management and technology at CEMEX, where they worked as a PMO- Process & IT. Mobility and Research Networking Consultant and also served as a UI/UX Lead from March 2013 to January 2016. Melissa started their career as a Supply Chain Assistant at ChemicoMays, LLC from August 2012 to January 2013.

Melissa has also contributed to the field of education as a Management Lecturer at Instituto Tecnológico de Querétaro from August 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they gained administrative experience as an Administrative Intern at Consulado de México en McAllen in 2007. Melissa's earliest role was as a Purchasing Manager at Haas TCM from 2007 to 2011.

Melissa Esquivel obtained an Especialidad en Investigación Educativa from Centro Interdisciplinario de Investigación y Docencia en Educación Técnica in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Walden University between 2005 and 2009. Melissa also completed a Licenciatura in Relaciones Internacionales from Universidad del Valle de México from 2004 to 2009. Melissa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colegio Ignacio Zaragoza, where they obtained their degree, with a focus on Business Administration. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in This is Service Design Doing - Executive online from the Service Design Network in 2022 and UXC Interaction Design from Nielsen Norman Group in 2015.
