Randy Doyon

Randy Doyon joined IAS in 2006 and is currently the Director of Policy Owner Services. Mr. Doyon manages the teams that provide customer service for Health, Life and Long Term Care Policy Owners. Mr. Doyon has held several key roles in the customer service area to include Policy Owner Service Manager, Lead Supervisor of Life Claims and Policy Owner Services, Supervisor of Life Policy Owner Services and Team Lead of Life Policy Owner Services.

Prior to joining IAS, Mr. Doyon spent 17 years as a Customer Service Supervisor for a Cable TV company in NH.

In addition to his experience, Mr. Doyon is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and an Associate, Customer Service.
