Natalie Freidenbloom

Natalie Freidenbloom is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technical writing and client support, currently serving as a Senior Technical and Functionality Writer and Assistant Director of ePortal at IAG - Insurance Applications Group, Inc. since July 2017. In this role, responsibilities include online operations management, new client implementation, and ongoing client education. Previous positions include ESC ePortal Implementation Specialist and Intern/Client Support Representative at IAG.
