Kai Wedekind

Kai Wedekind has extensive experience in project management and leadership within the insurance sector. Currently serving as a project manager at Bankenforen Leipzig GmbH since March 2017, Kai Wedekind also holds the position of head of the "Sales & Service" competence team at Versicherungsforen Leipzig GmbH, a role undertaken since October 2006. With a focus on the interface between customer and operation, Kai Wedekind has managed areas such as CRM and customer care since 2012. Educational qualifications include a diploma in business administration and economics from Leipzig University (2000-2006) and a certification in Organizational Transformation and Change from ABIS Akademie (2020-2021).
