Tarun Tikoo has worked as an HR executive at InsuredMine since February 2021. Tarun is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, hiring (IT & non-IT) key roles, HR interviews & exit interviews. Tarun has also established new interview processes & employee policies and effectively collaborates with senior management, development team, sales team, quality assurance team to maintain and improve company-employee relations & achieving outcomes.

Under their tenure, the company has hired 50+ employees and set up teams for Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Data Analyst, UI/UX & Design, Development, Presales & Content Writers for Indian team & aided the US team for hiring of Sales & Training team. Additionally, they have also been successful in conducting various welfare activities, company benefit packages, corporate events, teambuilding activities and outings.

Tarun Tikoo has a Master's degree in Human Resources and Marketing Management from Presidency University Bangalore. Tarun also has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Doon Business School. Prior to their university education, Tarun Tikoo completed their schooling in Physics, Chemistry, Maths from K.C. public school, jammu.
