How you will make an impact:

As part of our quick moving team, you'll lead the full cycle recruiting efforts, build a best in class talent function and be a guide for your business partners and company leaders!   

Creativity is key - You will be on the lookout for opportunities and act quickly for the good of the business by:

  • Building out best practices to ensure a top notch candidate experience including establishing metrics and using data to enhance performance and boost overall recruiting efficiency.
  • Leveraging new and existing tools for sourcing and candidate development, from job postings and job board mining to internet sourcing, social networking, and networking events.
  • Developing and implementing innovative approaches to refine search strategies, make informed decisions and influence impactful decision making.

In this role, you'll act as a true partner, consultant, and advisor, driving and executing recruitment strategies in a highly competitive market. You'll work closely with the hiring managers and company leaders to share best practice, insights and bring the best talent to Insurify.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Management, HR or related field)
  • 4+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience. 2+ years of start-up experience and 1+ years of technical recruitment experience preferred.
  • Track record of achieving measurable results and demonstration of a positive attitude!
  • In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust, respect, and accountability with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and innovation to achieve ambitious business goals.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities within the recruiting field.
  • Experience developing data driven strategies that anticipate future trends and market opportunities.
  • Ability to work from our Cambridge office 3 days per week.
