Kaitlyn Moss has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 14 years. Kaitlyn began their career at Purkinje Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, where they were responsible for recruitment, payroll administration, benefits administration, policy development, and employee relations. During their time at Purkinje, they centralized the company's HR functions and established formal policies and procedures.

Following their role at Purkinje, Kaitlyn joined Oceanwide as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they took on various responsibilities such as recruitment, counseling, training coordination, and compensation analysis. Kaitlyn later became the Human Resources Manager, leading all HR activities across multiple Oceanwide locations and managing a team. Kaitlyn achieved notable milestones during this time, such as implementing employee satisfaction methodology, launching an employer-matched retirement program, and overseeing HRIS implementation.

In 2018, Kaitlyn moved to Insurity as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, they participated in corporate strategy development, established global HR strategies, and led M&A due diligence and HR integration activities. Kaitlyn was later promoted to Vice President, HR Strategic Programs + Head of Talent Acquisition, where they provided leadership in strategic HR programs and talent acquisition.

Throughout their career, Kaitlyn has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, training, performance management, and HRIS implementation.

Kaitlyn Moss obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Management) from Concordia University, where they attended from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended CEGEP - John Abbott College from 1999 to 2002, completing a DEC in Business Administration. In addition to their academic achievements, Kaitlyn has obtained several certifications, including the Textio Inclusive Employer Brand Certification in 2022, the Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification in 2021, and the Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences certification from LinkedIn in 2020. Kaitlyn is also a Certified Human Resources Professional/Conseillère en ressources humaines agréés from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, however, the year of their certification is not specified.
