Shane Baker

Shane Baker has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Shane started their career as a Network Technician at Dallas Semiconductor in 1999, and then moved on to work as a Telecommunications Engineer at WorldCom from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, Shane joined Insurors of Texas as an Executive VP, where they are responsible for coordinating all Employee Benefits department activities and providing support and knowledge to new producers. Shane specializes in consulting with groups of all sizes on plan design strategies, claims analysis, legislative compliance, and wellness plans. In 2021, Shane became the Owner of Kwick Strike.

Shane Baker holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Technology from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Shane also has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in IT Network Communications from Hill College. In addition, they pursued studies in Registered Health Underwriter at The American College of Financial Services and obtained a Registered Representative certification from FINRA. Shane's education history also includes some involvement with the Texas Department of Insurance, although no degree or field of study is specified.
