Ieva Berzina

Ieva Berzina is currently the Chief Operating Officer at INTEA E-learning. Prior to this role, Ieva worked at Solvay Business Services from 2011 to 2018, where Ieva held various positions such as Global IS HelpDesk Team Lead, HtR Project Lead, HR NA Services Team Lead, HRIS Analyst, and HR Services Specialist. With a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Riga Stradins University, Ieva has extensive experience in overseeing day-to-day operations, leading teams, ensuring process improvement, and providing training and support in HR functions.
