Eric Schwartz is the current Corporate VP, General Counsel & Secretary at Integra LifeSciences. Eric has held this position since November of 2018. Prior to joining Integra, Eric served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel for Globus Medical from April 2016 until November 2018. Globus Medical is a leading musculoskeletal implant manufacturer that is responsible for driving significant technological advancements across a complete suite of spinal products.
Before their time at Globus Medical, Eric was a Co-Founder & Principal at Jericho Equity Partners from January 2011 until December 2015. Jericho Equity Partners is a private partnership headquartered in the Philadelphia area that invests in and operates growth-oriented health care service companies. Eric's role at Jericho was to take a hands-on approach, investing in one business at a time, and pairing their operating experience and broad resources with a company’s existing capabilities and growth opportunities.
Eric's career began as an Assistant General Counsel at Johnson & Johnson from January 2006 until December of 2011.
Eric Schwartz studied English at the University of Virginia for their B.A., then finance at The Wharton School for their MBA. Eric then attended the University of Virginia School of Law for their J.D. Eric Schwartz also went to high school at The Haverford School.
