Brenda Lee Pearson

Ms. Brenda Lee Pearson is the Research Director for the Integra-managed USAID Learning, Evaluation, and Analysis Project (LEAP III) and has served as Team Leader for economic growth performance evaluations in Georgia, Ukraine, and USAID’s flagship Women’s Economic Empowerment Fund and led 20 gender and civil society assessments. She has held senior positions in the US State Department and the United Nations World Food Programme. Ms. Pearson has provided technical assistance to projects funded by USAID, State Department, Millennium Challenge Corporation, DfID, DFAT, World Bank, and UN agencies in 45 countries, and authored more than 100 articles. Ms. Pearson is the President of Cui Prodest, LLC, a woman-owned small business (www.cuiprodest.org) that partners frequently with Integra. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a former Senior Research Fellow at the United States Institute of Peace.
