Lauren Russo

Lauren Russo has a strong work background, with their most recent position being as the General Counsel at Integra Partners since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at GE Healthcare for over a decade, starting as an Associate General Counsel in January 2018 and then transitioning to the role of Senior Counsel. During their time at GE Healthcare, they held various positions, including Assistant Division Counsel and Corporate Counsel. Lauren was involved in negotiating agreements and providing legal support for licensing, outsourcing, and service agreements. Before joining GE Healthcare, they worked as a Corporate Counsel at IDX, where they played a key role in coordinating and drafting SEC filings and supporting a major stock sale. Lauren also gained experience as an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP from 2000 to 2003.

Lauren Russo completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers College between 1993 and 1997. Following this, they attended New York University School of Law from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained their JD degree in law.
