Sriram Subramanya

Sriram Subramanya, the founder, and architect of Integra started the company in 1994 at a time when the publishing industry was rapidly evolving. Over the years, Sriram built and transformed Integra to one of the top 10 Digital Content Services companies in the world with a 1800+ strong workforce today.

Sriram started his career in 1986 after graduating from Annamalai University as a mechanical engineer. After working in a leading corporate for 6 years he became an entrepreneur. His vision along with the self-driven objective of high-performance metrics, coupled with bold, risk-taking initiatives has helped his entrepreneurial success. One of the key pillars of his success has been his constant endeavor to keep customer satisfaction at its optimal. The tenets of any successful business have been quality work and meeting customer expectations, and it was this mantra that made Integra the company it is today. All this success would not have been possible without a great workforce and Integra has always emphasized on employee welfare initiatives and developing a happiness quotient which has made them an invaluable asset.

Sriram has also piloted many technology initiatives such as the development of technology products to provide comprehensive customer solutions. Another notable achievement has been launch of Integra’s Digital Solutions that required the introduction of many digital initiatives such as AR/VR and support for a wide range of accessibility services.

Besides Integra, Sriram is passionate about social causes and healthy living. His community-based initiatives toward sustainable organic farming and helping better social standards of living have manifested through ideas on a web platform, www.sriramcharitabletrust.org. The trust is involved in environment conservation, healthcare and education, women empowerment, social rehabilitation, and rural upliftment.

Along the journey, Sriram has earned many laurels – Integra was ranked No.2 among global publishing BPO service providers (source: Black Book of Outsourcing Survey 2009-10). He also served as Chairman of the CII, Puducherry and is an active member of various CII forums of South India.
