Helen joined the Group in 2012 as Head of Legal and was appointed Company Secretary in April 2019.
Helen is a qualified solicitor and prior to joining IntegraFin, Helen was Senior Company Solicitor at Unum Limited.
Helen has a BSc (Hons) in Law and Computing from the University of Wolverhampton.
