Heather Haley

Heather Haley joined Integral Senior Living in January 2016. She brings more than 18 years of experience in health care marketing and sales. Heather started her career by spending five years as the publisher and editor of the Senior Directory East Tennessee (a primary tool and resource for seniors and health care workers in the region, which she helped to launch), Medical Services of America and TeamHealth Medical Call Center. In 2009, she was introduced to the senior health care industry and never looked back.

Her success with ISL began with the opening and lease-up of The Pointe at Lifespring in Knoxville, Tenn., where she helped the community achieve 50% occupancy in just two months. Heather’s love for seniors continued to grow as she transitioned into senior living as a sales director, then soon after as a senior director of Sales and Marketing. She now serves as regional vice president of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the marketing goals and strategies of communities in Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Utah, and Georgia. Heather considers the senior living industry to be more of a calling than a career as each day is filled with unique ways to change lives for the better.
