Bailey O'Shea

Bailey O'Shea has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as a Customer Service Account Intern at SKM, Inc. in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Consumer Marketing Intern at Michigan.com and as an Event Marketing Intern at Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning.

Bailey then joined Jack Morton Worldwide in 2011 and held roles such as Intern, Associate Account Executive for Chevrolet, and Senior Project Management Associate for GM Supplier Discount. In these roles, they organized national events, executed successful marketing campaigns, and achieved sales targets.

In 2015, Bailey transitioned to General Motors and served as an Assistant Manager for Retail Innovation, where they developed and managed digital tools and pilot programs. Later, they became a Product Manager for Digital Innovation, leading cross-functional teams to design and prototype digital products based on customer insights and feedback.

Currently, Bailey is working at Integral as a Product Manager. They have been instrumental in managing software delivery and product development for various clients, including an automotive refi client, an eCommerce finance application, a global eCommerce dealer portal, an IT incident reporting product, and the Motown Museum's website refresh. They employ lean hypotheses, user-centered design principles, and agile practices in their work.

Bailey's most recent role at Integral is as the Director of Product Management, which they started in May 2022.

Bailey O'Shea obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of Michigan, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.
