Israel Grijalva Luna

Israel Grijalva Luna began their career in 2007 as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Norsort. Israel then worked as a Director of Customer Service at the same company. In 2013, they moved to LEONI Wiring Systems, where they worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for achieving and maintaining customers certifications, ensuring customer requirements, and handling customer KPI for various customers. In 2016, they joined FAIST Controls & Propulsion Systems as a Quality Control Manager, where their responsibilities included ensuring that the QMS was implemented and maintained within the organization, and being the primary contact for customers and root cause analysis coordinator. Currently, they are a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Integrated Cable Assembly Holdings, Inc., where they have been since 2018.

Israel Grijalva Luna attended Instituto Tecnologico de Hermosillo from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Licenciatura in Ingeniería Industrial.
