Barbara Ruiz

Barbara Ruiz is the Director of Human Resources and oversees the company’s Human Capital Management. Ms. Ruiz possess over 15 years of professional human resources experience in the areas of workforce management, workforce optimization and workforce acquisition.

Prior to joining Integrated Home Care Services, she has held various leadership roles supporting organizations and senior management in the areas of talent acquisition/retention, compensation, performance management, health/welfare benefits, training/development, employee relations, acquisitions/mergers and employee communications throughout the U.S.

Barbara holds a BS degree in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources. In 2009, she was garnered recognition by the South Florida Business Journal for Excellence in Human Resources.
