Prior to that, they worked at EmblemHealth as a Manager in the Claims Technical Unit, where they managed analysts performing root cause analysis and served as the lead business SME for new product development. Lisa's experience in the insurance industry extends back to the 1980s, where they held claims management and supervisory roles at John Alden Life Ins Co and The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America.
Lisa Morse obtained a certification in Stellent Content Server from Oracle University in 2004. Prior to that, they earned an Associate degree in Network Administration from ITT Technical Institute between 2001 and 2003.
