Jonathon Hathaway

Systems Engineer at Integrated Intel Solutions

Jonathon Hathaway has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jonathon started their career in 2006 as a Special Security Specialist at MITRE, where they directed security activities and served as a corporate focal point for intelligence and defense policy. In 2008, they joined L-3 Communications as an Analyst, providing intelligence and current operations support for warfighters in Iraq and Afghanistan. From 2010 to 2012, Hathaway worked at Schafer Corporation as an Intelligence Analyst, monitoring nuclear and radiological material for potential threats. Jonathon then moved on to Vancro Incorporated as an Operations Integrator, advising military commanders on planning and synchronization efforts.

In 2012, Hathaway returned to Schafer Corporation as an Analyst and Program Manager, overseeing the Chief Information Office and Joint Analysis Center. Jonathon also assisted with annual budget forecasts and planning efforts.

Hathaway joined the United States Navy Reserve in 2010, serving as an Intelligence Officer and All-Source Analyst for the Office of Naval Intelligence and the Surface Analysis Branch. Jonathon provided operational support and analysis products on emerging and continuing threats to the surface fleet, primarily in the 5th Fleet.

Starting in 2014, Hathaway served as a Crisis Action Planner and Liaison Officer at the United States Navy - Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. Jonathon provided support during crisis situations and acted as a liaison with other organizations.

In 2015, Hathaway returned to Schafer Corporation as a Program Manager and Systems Engineer, before transitioning to their current position as a Systems Engineer at Integrated Intel Solutions in 2016.

Hathaway is also an Assistant Professor at the United States Navy Reserve - National Intelligence University, where they are involved in teaching and research.

Jonathon Hathaway began their education at Brighton from 1994 to 1997. Jonathon then attended George Mason University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics. In 2007, they pursued a Master of Public Policy at George Mason University in the field of International Governance, which they completed in 2009. Continuing their education, Jonathon completed their MBA in Business at Shenandoah University from 2010 to 2013. Jonathon'sacademic journey culminated with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Earth Systems and Geoinformation Science from George Mason University, which was conferred upon him from 2014 to 2018.
