Thad Solina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. In 2009, they worked as a Manager at Consumer Depot, where they were responsible for employee management, training, and achieving sales goals. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at CTDI as a Solder Technician and Technician Trainer, conducting tests, troubleshooting units, and providing training materials.

In 2015, Thad joined Volunteer State Community College as an IT Help Desk II, assisting students, faculty, and staff with technical support needs and troubleshooting wireless access issues. In 2016, they became a Technical Support Analyst Tier 2 at Uniguest, Inc., where they provided technical support to customers.

Thad then transitioned to Uniguest, Inc. as the Activations Manager in 2018, leading the Activations Team responsible for installing and ensuring customer equipment met company and brand standards. Thad also reported on team performance to executives. In 2020, they worked at Alpha & Omega Computer Consultants as an Information Technology Help Desk, before joining the Tennessee Housing Development Agency in 2021 as a System Support Specialist. Currently, they are a Field Services Engineer II for Jarrard, Philips, Cate, & Hancock at Integrated IT.

Thad Solina completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Recording Industry Management/Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between the years 2004 and 2006. Later, between the years 2015 and 2017, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Volunteer State Community College.

In addition, Thad Solina holds two certifications from LinkedIn. Thad obtained the "IT Service Desk: Customer Service Fundamentals" certification in March 2022, as well as the "IT Support for a Hybrid Workforce" certification in the same month and year.
