Helaman Hurtado

Helaman is the Customer Success Specialist with years of experience in building and managing high-performing teams, increasing organizational/operational efficiency, and developing policies and procedures. He graduated from Utah Valley University with a B.A. in History and went on to get his Master’s in Business Administration. For the past 17 years, he has been a member of the Utah National Guard, deploying to Iraq in 2007 and becoming an Artillery Officer in 2011. In his civilian employment, he has worked with research firms and Home Securities Sales companies as a project manager. Helaman spent 5 years with Zions Bank and led a team as Operational Software Analyst before going full-time with the US Army. As an Army Officer, he has been a Platoon Leader, Battery Executive Officer, Battery Commander, Battalion Training Officer, Operations Research System Analyst, and recently assigned as a Fire Support Officer.
