Carla Philpot

Carla brings 20+ years of experience from the OEM manufacturing arena, primarily with Tier I and II aerospace manufacturers. Carla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Antioch University and a Master of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She also has several year’s training in Lean Manufacturing systems and tools. As Director of Contracts, Carla leads the Contracts and Purchasing teams in the execution of IPT’s operational excellence objectives and works diligently to ensure company compliance to government regulations and industry terms and conditions. With her passion for team building, Carla continues to develop the Contracts and Purchasing group to meet the demands of contract intricacies, ranging from the simple to the highly complex, all while providing gold standard customer service.
