Sybille Rousseau

Sybille Rousseau is an accomplished professional in IT consulting and management, currently serving as the Head of the Consulting Division at SCIAM since February 2024, where Sybille founded the division to support large IT organizations with audits, governance, and program management. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Chief Information Officer at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, leading the deployment of an Agile@Scale organization within the IT department, and transforming a large workforce to enhance product delivery. Sybille has held various roles at BNP Paribas, including Agile Leader, Program Director within Corporate Banking, and Head of IT Securities & Derivatives, where significant improvements in project management and operational efficiencies were achieved.
