Ben Coes

Ben Coes is an experienced consultant and team leader with a strong background in business development and trade, particularly in sustainable employment and export promotion. Currently serving as Team Leader at INTEGRATION Consulting Group, Ben is focused on creating a Green Business Development Ecosystem in Uzbekistan. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at PEM Consult GmbH, where efforts were directed towards promoting sustainable employment for Jordanians and Syrian refugees, and at GOPA Consultants, emphasizing export promotion and value chain analysis. Ben has also provided consultancy to the EBRD on garment manufacturing and conducted feasibility studies for various textile and packaging operations. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Textiles from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, Ben has led projects aimed at enhancing competitiveness in the textile and MSME sectors across multiple countries.
