Tom Matteson is the Philanthropy & Business Operations Manager at Integrative Touch for Kids. Tom has over 10 years of experience in managing businesses and projects.

Tom started their career as an AmeriCorps VISTA with CASA of CGS. Tom then became an owner operator of Rita's Italian Ice. In 2015, Tom joined Goddard Systems, Inc. as their Financial Liaison. Tom was promoted to Manager, Franchise Transfers in 2018 and served in that role until 2020.

As Manager, Franchise Transfers, Tom was responsible for overseeing the transfer process for Goddard Systems, Inc. Tom coordinated all functions between internal and external parties to ensure that deadlines and goals were achieved and the process ran smoothly. Tom also directed approximately 25 transfer projects annually, each one ranging in scope from 2 to 8 months. Tom was able to overhaul and streamline the business transfer process (250-steps) by instituting 75 changes.

In their role as financial liaison, Tom also served as liaison with 12 internal business units and third party stakeholders that included buyers, sellers, banks, lawyers, financial analysts, real estate and regulatory agencies. Tom was able to contribute to a $1M increase in revenue by tracking and documenting processes and procedures (Excel, CRM) and ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.

Tom has proven himself as an effective leader and manager with a strong focus on detail and organizational skills. Tom is a valuable asset to any team.

Tom Matteson has a Bachelor's Degree in English from Temple University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
