Amber Bass

Amber Bass is the Vice President of Contracts, Compliance, and Commercial Services at Integreon, a leading provider of legal, compliance, and commercial services. Amber has over 15 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on contracts and negotiations. Amber has been with Integreon for 3 years, and in their current role, they lead the US-Austin Contracts team and is responsible for providing end-to-end contract services, including research, playbook creation, template refreshes drafting/redlining, and abstraction. Amber also manages relationships with strategic clients, consults with them to determine pain points within their legal and contract departments, and develops solutions to reduce cost and increase efficiency. In addition, Amber trains the Integreon contracts teams in various aspects of contracts and negotiations.

Prior to joining Integreon, Amber was the Head of US Legal Operations at LawGeex, where they were responsible for overseeing all legal operations for the company. Amber also served as the 2019 US Representative for IACCM Council. Before that, they were with IACCM for 2 years as the Vice President of Contracts, Compliance, & Commercial Services. In that role, they were responsible for leading the US-Austin Contracts team, consulting with clients to determine pain points within their legal and contract departments, developing solutions to reduce cost and increase efficiency, training the Integreon contracts teams in various aspects of contracts and negotiations, reviewing and suggesting AI and CLM technology to enhance efficiencies and address client need,

Amber Bass began their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. Amber then went on to obtain their Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Amber Bass obtained a certification from the Oklahoma Bar Association in order to be licensed to practice law.
