Andrew Wilson

Andrew Wilson is currently the Business Director at Integris, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Andrew spent eight years at Hays in various roles including Senior Business Manager, Business Manager, Principal Consultant, and Senior Recruitment Consultant. From August 2015 to April 2016, Andrew served as Housemaster at Cranbrook Schools, and earlier as Housemaster at The Oratory School from September 2000 to February 2014. Andrew began a career in education as a Teacher at Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School from September 1996 to August 2000. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Education from Brunel University (1992-1996) and attended Dover College from 1984 to 1989. Andrew aims to provide outstanding service to candidates and clients by actively identifying their needs and building strong relationships to successfully place candidates in suitable positions.
