Jered Cook

Jered Cook is a skilled cardiologist currently practicing at INTEGRIS Health since January 2019. Prior professional experience includes serving as a Cardiovascular Disease Fellow at The University of Toledo from 2016 to June 2019 and completing a Cardiac Imaging Fellowship at St. Francis Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016. Jered Cook also undertook medical residency training at NSLIJ Lenox Hill Hospital and New York-Presbyterian Hospital between July 2012 and June 2015.
