Damon Colvin has over 23 years of work experience, starting in 1999 with Sitel as an Operations Manager, where they managed all activities of the operations department. Damon then worked as a Process & Quality Analyst, developing and distributing analytical and performance reports. In 2010, Damon joined Verizon Wireless as a Sales representative. From 2011 to 2022, they worked at CalTech in various roles, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Service Manager, and ultimately as the Director of Service, serving as an integrator between departments and supporting the company's strategic goals. In 2022, Damon moved on to Integris as the Director of Service.
Damon Colvin began their education journey in 1996 at Angelo State University, where they studied but did not complete a degree or specific field of study. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they attended the University of Phoenix and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Multimedia, and Visual Communication.
