James McMillan

James McMillan has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and customer service. James started their career in 2015 as an Assistant Manager and I.T. Coordinator at Shoppin Baskit, where they managed store POS systems and developed a functional website using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. In 2019, James joined Best Buy as a Computer Sales Consultant, where they connected customers with products that met their needs and provided a full solution to their problems. James then moved on to Geek Squad, where they worked as an Advanced Repair Apple Pro Agent, specializing in computer repair and troubleshooting. James also served as a Geek Squad Academy Instructor, teaching programming and robotics concepts to students. In 2022, James joined CalTech as a Tier 1 Engineer, assisting clients with their IT needs. Currently, they are a Tier I Engineer at Integris, where they continue to provide technical support to clients. Throughout their career, James has consistently prioritized customer satisfaction and has obtained certifications in Apple IOS.

James McMillan earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Angelo State University, attending from 2018 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications such as the Apple Certified iOS Technician from Geek Squad in March 2019, and the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in November 2022, as well as the CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in October 2022.
