Mark Terrenzi, LEED AP, has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the facility management and parking industry. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Integrity National Corporation, where they have been since 2021. In their role, they focus on delivering integrated facility solutions with a strong emphasis on sustainability and customer experience.
Prior to their current position, Terrenzi held the position of Senior Vice President, Operations at Colonial Parking from 2016 to 2020. As part of the leadership team, they played a crucial role in establishing Colonial Parking as a premier parking management company. Mark focused on maximizing revenue, minimizing expenses, and enhancing customer experiences through initiatives such as client engagement programming and technology development.
Terrenzi co-founded Gali Service Industries (GSI) in 1992 and served as the Executive Vice President, CFO, COO, GM, and Co-Founder. During their tenure, GSI experienced significant growth, expanding to 600+ locations and employing over 2,200 individuals across 20 states. Mark'sresponsibilities at GSI encompassed a wide range of areas, including operations, employee development, financial management, business development, marketing and sales, infrastructure development, policy development, regulatory compliance, and sustainability leadership.
Before GSI, Terrenzi worked as the Director of Operations & Finance at Argus Commercial Services from 1991 to 1992.
Mark Terrenzi, LEED AP, graduated from Duke University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Mark also holds a certification as a LEED Accredited Professional, O+M from Green Business Certification, Inc.
