Matthew Brow is currently a Senior Talent Partner at Integrity Power Search, where they specialize in technology and product searches. Prior to this, they were a Division Lead at TEKsystems from 2016 to 2022, where they were responsible for building client relationships, understanding the local labor market, and consulting with clients to implement the most effective talent attraction and retention strategies within the End User Services and Network Infrastructure markets. Additionally, they led an internal team of specialized End User Services Account Managers and Recruiters and was responsible for assisting them with identifying business opportunities, engaging with top local talent, and helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Matthew Brow's educational career includes a Bachelor's Degree in Interdepartmental Studies with a Business Focus from the University of Iowa, as well as a degree from Conant.
