Erin Mongan

Erin Mongan is the Head of Design at Reforge. Erin has over seven years of experience in design, most recently as the Design Director at Darby Smart, which was acquired by Reforge in 2019. Erin has also worked as the Lead Designer at Wello.com and as the National Creative Director of Marketing at the Independent Adoption Center. Erin began their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Whizbang Ideas and Armstrong Associates. Erin has a passion for solving design problems and helping organizations achieve their goals.

Erin Mongan studied graphic design at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

Erin Mongan works with Kevin Weiss - Chief of Staff, Carlo Parsons - Program Director, and Matt Greenberg - CTO. Erin Mongan reports to Brian Balfour, Founder & CEO.
