Johnathan Sublet

Johnathan Sublet is an accomplished executive coach and lead servant pastor with extensive experience in community development and church leadership. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Integrus Leadership since October 2022, Johnathan also leads a multicultural congregation of over 300 members at Fellowship Hi-Crest Church, a position held since January 2021. As the Founder and Chairman of the Board for SENT Topeka, established in 2018, Johnathan focuses on holistic community development. Prior roles include Lead Campus Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church and Servant Pastor/Church Planter at Crossover Community Church. With a background in engineering, Johnathan has held various positions at DSM Nutritional Products and The Dow Chemical Company, demonstrating expertise in project management and operational efficiency. Johnathan holds multiple degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary and The University of Tulsa.
