Dave Day

Dave Day has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations and management. Dave started their career as the Director of Operational Excellence at ITT Cannon, where they developed strategies for driving operational excellence throughout the organization. Dave then moved on to AEES (formerly ALCOA EES) as the Director of North American Operations, overseeing operations and production in multiple locations. After that, they worked at Group Dekko, first as the Executive Vice President of Operations and then as the Chief Operating Officer, where they focused on creating strategies to become a world-class manufacturer and solutions provider. Dave then joined American Trim as the Vice President and General Manager, responsible for operations, engineering, R&D, and sales. At Essentra, they held two roles simultaneously, Director of Global Operations in the Components Division and Senior Vice President of Operations for the Americas. Dave most recently worked at HFI as the Senior Vice President of Operations before joining Integer Holdings Corporation in the same role. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated expertise in optimizing costs, driving lean practices, and implementing operational excellence strategies.

Dave Day has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University. Dave also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Environmental Health and Safety from The University of Findlay.
