Gregg Holloway

Gregg Holloway has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Gregg currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Integer Holdings Corporation, leading a team of 80 global HR professionals. In their role, they are responsible for global HR processes, systems, talent acquisition, and HR business partnerships. Prior to this, they worked at Flowserve Corporation as the Vice President of Global Human Resources, overseeing HR functions across 59 countries. Gregg also held positions at Citi, where they directed HR Shared Services for the North America region and served as a Senior HR Business Partner for Citi Shared Services. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of HR at Pall Corporation, where they led the global HR strategy. Before that, they worked as a Manager of Human Resources at Whirlpool Corporation. Throughout their career, Holloway has achieved numerous accomplishments, including optimizing HR systems, integrating employees post-acquisition, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Gregg Holloway obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management from the University of Central Florida in the years 1984 to 1989. Gregg furthered their education by earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in HR Management & Organizational Development from National Louis University between 1999 and 2001. In terms of certifications, Gregg Holloway is a Citigroup Certified Executive Coach, which they obtained in collaboration with the David Rock NeuroLeadership Institute in 2010. Gregg also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
