Boby Allesh

Boby Allesh is an experienced Analog and Custom Layout Manager at Intel Technologies India and Intel Corporation. Boby leads high-speed SERDES layout execution, designs high-speed IPs like PCIe Gen6, PCIe Gen5, Gen4, USB 3.0, DDR5, and DDR4, and effectively manages multiple projects with a team of approximately 120 people. Boby also handles BUMP planning, floor planning, scheduling, resource planning, ESD planning, reliability specification closure, and detailed design reviews of critical blocks. Additionally, Boby serves as the SoC integration lead for multiple SoCs in a research team.
