Ashu Bakhle

Ashu Bakhle currently serves as a Board Member for The Si Se Puede Foundation while also holding the position of Vice President of Engineering at Intel Corporation since May 1991. Bakhle is responsible for delivering the Edge Product Portfolio, overseeing all platform engineering aspects across more than 20 system-on-chip (SoC) products tailored for edge applications, and leading cross-functional teams to drive innovation in AI and real-time computing. Previous roles at Intel include Vice President of Engineering for the Internet of Things Group, where Bakhle led the development of purpose-built products and transformed a global engineering team, and Senior Director of Engineering across various groups focusing on mobile computing and consumer electronics. Academic qualifications include an Executive Education Program at Harvard University, an MBA from Arizona State University, a Global Leadership and Management Certificate from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Master’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
