Michael Skigen

Michael Skigen has extensive experience in customer success and business development. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Success at IntelePeer, where they lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Professional Services supporting over 3000 customers. Prior to this, they worked at Thryv as a Senior Customer Success Leader. Michael also has a background in digital marketing and cloud delivery solutions as the President and Chief Story Teller at Videofiles, Inc. Furthermore, they held multiple high-level positions at SAIC, including Vice President for Business Development and Corporate Vice President - General Manager, where they successfully managed large business units and exceeded sales goals. Skigen is known for their strategic planning, client engagement, and achieving positive results for government and corporate clients.

Michael Skigen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Customer Success Leader from Gainsight in 2022, Delivering Business Value With Conversational AI from VoxGen in 2021, and Customer Success Manager ADVANCED Certified Professional and Customer Success Manager Certified Professional from Gainsight in 2020.
