Melody Peterson

Melody Peterson has a significant amount of work experience in various roles. Melody started their career in 1996 at Hewitt Associates, where they worked as an HRO Implementation and Operation Manager until 2006. Melody then joined Bank of America and held positions such as Senior Vice President - Director of Operations and Implementations and later as Senior Vice President - Product Strategy and Delivery from 2006 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Alegeus as VP Customer Success and Support, where they played a key role in supporting more than 30 million lives and 225,000 employer groups.
