Rubens Caparica has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rubens currently serves as the COO at Intelie, a technology company focused on streaming analytics monitoring platform. Prior to this role, they held the position of Head of Delivery & Customer Services at Intelie.

Before joining Intelie, Rubens was the CEO of Device Lab, a mobile technology startup focused on application testing automation.

Rubens Caparica began their education journey in 1974 at Colégio Santo Inácio Rio de Janeiro, where they completed their high school education. After that, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 1985 to 1990, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Following this, they continued their studies at the same university from 1990 to 1993 and obtained a Post Graduation degree in Computer Science - Networking. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines," "Big Data Foundations: Techniques and Concepts," "Cloud Architecture: Advanced Concepts," "Cloud Architecture: Core Concepts," and "IoT Foundations: Fundamentals" from LinkedIn in June 2018.
