Peter B. Malamis

For more than three decades, Peter has strategically guided the growth and development of service firms supporting biopharma clinical research and commercialization. He joined Inteliquet to lead the expansion of our life sciences offerings as the need for efficiently developed oncology treatments becomes more critical in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. As Senior Vice President, Life Sciences, he leads the group responsible for the sale and delivery of the company’s solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, contract research organizations, and other groups utilizing patient level data.

Prior to joining Inteliquet, Peter was co-founder and CEO of CRO Analytics, a provider of a cloud-based clinical trial performance system platform. Previous to that, Peter was Vice President and General Manager at the MAPI Group, where he helped lead the acquisition and integration of Registrat, Inc. in a transaction that created the largest global CRO exclusively devoted to post-marketing research.

He was also President of US Operations for the CRO Premier Research, where he led that group to its highest growth rates and profitability. Other senior roles include at SCIREX (US-focused CRO acquired by Premier), Galt Associates (drug safety and software services), MEDTAP International (health economics and outcomes), PAREXEL International (global CRO) and State & Federal Associates (market access services).

Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Richmond and an MBA in Marketing from George Washington University. He has served as a Board member and adviser to several early-stage biopharma services companies. He is a regular lecturer at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business MBA in Pharmaceutical Management program and industry conferences.
