John Harrington

John Harrington currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at IntellAct since September 2023. Prior to this role, John was an Enterprise Engineer at Univision Computers from June 2022 to May 2024 and worked as a Technical Solutions Engineer at Cooler Screens Inc. from June 2021 to June 2022. John also held the position of Solutions Engineer at Convergint Technologies for a brief period in 2020. Notably, from February 2011 to June 2020, John was a Senior Engineer and Team Lead in Infrastructure Engineering at United Airlines, leading numerous projects involving IoT, edge, cloud technologies, and AI/ML, influencing a $60M global IoT standardization project. Additional responsibilities included leading a storage operations team and contributing to various high-profile projects, improving operational efficiency and implementing significant data center initiatives.
